DRAUGHTSMEN, SURVEYORS and DATA ENTRY OPERATORS / STENO-TYPISTS required in Govt. of NCT of Delhi

Department of Urban Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, requires for immediate placement on consultancy basis, the services of qualified Draughtsmen, Surveyors and Data Entry Operators/Steno-Typists.

Requisition

Qualification for Draughtsman:

  1. Diploma in Architecture/Draughtsmanship from a recognised institute
    (Age: Candidate should be less than 35 years of age)

Qualification for Surveyor :

  1. Diploma in Surveying from a recognised institute
    (Age: Candidate should be less than 35 years of age)

For this full-time 12 months work each Draughtsman and Surveyor would receive a total amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- in four quarterly instalments. Each quarterly instalment would be of Rs. 30,000/-. While paying each instalment, professional tax as required under I.T. Act (10.2% at present) will be deducted.

Qualifications for Data Entry Operator/Steno-Typist:

  1. Diploma/Certificate Course in Computer Application
  2. Essential: Knowledge Shorthand and Typing work in Computer (use of MS-Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Excess etc.)
  3. Desirable: Graduate from a recognised university

For this full-time 12 months work each Data Entry Operator/Steno-Typist would receive a total amount of Rs. 72,000/- in four quarterly instalments. Each quarterly instalment would be of Rs. 18,000/-. While paying each instalment, professional tax as required under I.T. Act (10.2% at present) will be deducted.

The Technical Personnel would be required to function from the Department of Urban Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, 10th Level, C-Wing, Delhi Secretariat, I.P. Estate, New Delhi – 110 002.

Interested candidates may apply by 31 December, 2007 to the Director, AMDA, 7/6, Sirifort Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi – 110 049. The interview would take place in the 2nd week of January, 2008 at the Office of the Director, AMDA.

ARCHITECT PLANNERS and TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS required in Govt. of NCT of Delhi

Department of Urban Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, requires for immediate placement on consultancy basis, the services of qualified Architect Planners and Technical Assistants

A. Qualifications for ARCHITECT PLANNER:

  1. Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning / Housing / Transport Planning / Environmental Planning / Regional Planning / Architectural Conservation / Landscape Architecture / Urban Design from a recognised university
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Town Planning
  3. Knowledge of GIS Software Application
    (Age: Candidate should be less than 35 years of age)

For this full-time 12 months work each Architect Planner would receive a total amount of Rs. 2,40,000/- in four quarterly instalments. Each quarterly instalment would be of Rs. 60,000/-. While paying each instalment, professional tax as required under I.T. Act (10.2% at present) will be deducted.

B. Qualifications for TECHNICAL ASSISTANT:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Town Planning
  2. Knowledge of GIS Software Application
    (Age: Candidate should be less than 35 years of age)

For this full-time 12 months work each Technical Assistant would receive a total amount of Rs. 1,80,000/- in four quarterly instalments. Each quarterly instalment would be of Rs. 45,000/-. While paying each instalment, professional tax as required under I.T. Act (10.2% at present) will be deducted.

The Architect Planners and Technical Assistants would be required to function from the Department of Urban Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, 10th Level, C-Wing, Delhi Secretariat, I.P. Estate, New Delhi – 110 002.
