Required Landscape Architects, Architect, Draftsman and Computer in DDA
DDA requires for immediate placement on full time consultancy basis, the services of qualified Landscape Architects, Architect, Draftsman and Computer Operator in DDA.
Qualification for Landscape Architects:
i. Masters Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning, Conservation Architecture and Urban Design from a Recognized university
ii. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Town Planning or Horticulture/ Botany Agriculture from a recognized university
iii. Knowledge of GIS software Application
Note: Consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Only) per month which will be paid on Bi-monthly basis. Professional tax as per law will be deducted from each instalment.
Qualification for Architect:
i. Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
ii. Knowledge of GIS software Application
Note: Consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) per month which will be paid on Bi-monthly basis. Professional tax as per law will be deducted from each instalment.
Qualification for Draftsman:
i) Diploma in Draftsmanship or Architectural Assistanceship/ Certificate Course
ii) Knowledge of software like AutoCAD
Experience for Draftsmanship:
a) Minimum two years of experience in Civil/ Architectural Draughting in a reputed organization is required after passing the Diploma (three years) in Draftsmanship or Architectural Assistanceship
b) Minimum three years of experience in Civil/ Architectural Drafting in a reputed organization is required after passing the Certificate Course (two years) in Draftsmanship
Note: Consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 12,000/- (Twelve Thousand Only) per month which will be paid on Bi-monthly basis. Professional tax as per law will be deducted from each instalment.
Qualification for Computer Operator:
a) Knowledge of typing in computer, use of MS-Office, Power Point, Page Maker etc.
b) Graduation with efficiency in shorthand and typing work in English through computer
Experience for Computer Operator: Minimum of three years of experience in a reputed organization.
Note: Consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 8,000/- (Eight Thousand Only) per month which will be paid on Bi-monthly basis. Professional tax as per law will be deducted from each instalment.
The appointed consultants would be required to function from the offices of the Director (Landscape), DDA, Vikas Minar, I.P. Estate, New Delhi - 110 002 and Director (MPD - 2021), DDA, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110 070.
